Abstract Submission

All abstracts must be submitted online via the conference website.

• Oral presentation: An oral presentation, including Q&A, should last for a maximum of 10 minutes and utilise no more than 10 slides. Oral presentations will be organised by the conference organisers into parallel sessions based on thematic content.
• Poster presentation: All posters will be displayed on the wall in the lunchroom for the duration of the conference. Poster authors are invited to provide a brief 5-minute presentation at their respective posters during a poster-walk scheduled for Friday lunchtime.
• Workshop: Workshops are scheduled for a duration of 75 minutes and include multiple presentations along with interactive activities. Authors interested in organising a workshop are requested to first reach out to the conference organisers before submitting an abstract. This will facilitate an optimal integration of the workshop into the program.
