Call for Young Family Doctors: Keynote Concept Competition

The Organising Committee of the 68th EQuiP Conference is pleased to invite early-career family doctors to take part in a special competition. The winner will be invited to deliver a keynote speech at the conference, addressing the expectations of young family physicians regarding quality in family medicine and the role of senior colleagues as mentors and allies.

Why this competition?

Quality in family medicine is not shaped by systems and standards alone – it is shaped by people and relationships. Young doctors bring fresh perspectives, lived experience, and a deep understanding of the challenges they face at the start of their medical careers. This competition aims to give voice to the next generation of family physicians and to place their insights at the heart of the conference programme.

This is an invitation not only to speak, but to help shape the future of family medicine. If you are a young family doctor with a message about quality, mentorship, and human-centred practice, we would like to hear from you.

Submit your concept and become a voice of the next generation of family physicians!
