Instructions for ePoster Presenters

• The poster must be in JPEG or PDF (single page) format. All graphic design applications have a way to convert into PDF format. Please refer to the manual of the software you are using on how to do this.
• The image ideally should be in high resolution. At least 1920x1080 pixels. The orientation of the poster can be horizontal or vertical. Most users viewing the posters from their computers would prefer a horizontal design.
• The poster file size should not be larger than 12MB.
• Once uploaded the poster will be automatically processed to be ideal for the presentation.
• Online poster presentations must be uploaded by the authors into the system before 7 May 2025, this will give us a chance to check the poster. However, if the poster is not uploaded before this date the poster cannot be included in the session. The upload interface is accessible by selecting the abstract through the authors My Abstracts page.
• The poster presentations will not be orally presented however the system will provide a discussion area where the participants and the authors can interact.
• The virtual poster hall will be opened when the virtual event starts and can be reached through the Foyer.
