Fri, 22 May 2026 13:30 - 14:30, Keynote Speaker Session 2
The presentation will focus on the challenges of primary care medicine in wartime — experience that cannot be found in textbooks, reflecting on real clinical practice, patient safety, decision-making under uncertainty, and the resilience of family doctors working in Ukraine during the war.
Anastasiya Spasibo is a family physician and the head of a private primary healthcare practice in Ukraine. She is an active participant in national and international educational initiatives, a trainer of the Academy of Family Medicine of Ukraine, and a contributor to international professional programs. In 2020, she completed a professional internship in Estonia focused on primary care development. Originally from Vovchansk, a town heavily affected by the war, she relocated her clinic to Kharkiv, where she continues providing medical care and supporting internally displaced patients and healthcare professionals while developing educational activities for the medical community.
