1st part of the survey - information about doctors.
There are 69 physicians in a contractual relationship with the HZZO, 21 (30.44%) responded to the survey, distribution according to:
Gender – M 14,3%, F 85,7%
Age - 25-35 4,8%; 36-45 9,5%; 46-55 4,8%; 56-65 61,9%; 66-75 19%
Years of experiance in PZZ - 0-10 14,3%, 20-30 4,8%, 30-40 61,9%, 40-50 19%
81% work in city clinics, 19% in rural clinics
Number of registered patients per team: 500-1000 14,3%, 1000-1500 14,3%, 1500-2000 47,6%, >2000 23,8%.
Number of daily contacts 50-100 33,2%, 100-150 52,4%, 150-200 14,3%.
2nd part - test - degree of burnout at work.
Answers (R-rarely, S-sometimes, A-always):
1) I feel hostility and anger at work: R47.6%, S52.4%
2) I notice that I’m withdrawing from my colleagues: R28.6% S57.1%, A14.3%
3) I feel that everything I need to do is forced: R38.1%, S52.4%, A9.5%
4) I’m becoming increasingly insensitive and callous towards customers and colleagues: R66.7%, S33.3%

Conclusions:
Conclusion: given the significant level of burnout at work, it’s necessary to look at yourself and your work environment, identify the sources of burnout and try to find the best solution.
