Introduction:

Self-care is an important element of GPs' health care, aimed, among other things, at preventing burnout. Unfortunately, it's often overlooked, both during medical studies and postgraduate training. This workshop addresses this issue by exploring possible strategies, with the goal of equipping family physicians with tools to make this difficult task easier.

Aim(s):

Identifying self-care needs and resources for healthcare professionals. Designing effective implementation strategies of self-care to improve patient care.

Programme:

A conceptual introduction (15 min), an interactive presentation of various self-care strategies (25 min), and a brainstorming session for networking and creating your own contexts (35 min).
